Q: Are the options upgradable at any time? Can I add them later?
A: Yes. All of the options can be activated at any time. Simply purchase the option activation code from your nearest SIGLENT dealer and enter it into the instrument to unlock the option.
Q: Can I use a USB hub for keyboard and mouse connections?
A: Yes. The SVA supports keyboard and mouse control through a USB hub.
Q: Can the instrument measure the other S-parameters?
A: At this time, only S11 and S21 parameters can be directly measured by the SVA.
Q: Are there demos available?
A: Yes. The SVA is slated for release in late May, 2018. We expect to have a number of demo’s available. In North America, we also offer a 30 day no-questions-asked return policy which means you can try the instrument risk free for 30 days.
